Parent acussed Kasarani group of schools for swindling her


A former parent of the Kasani Group of Schools has revealed how she was defrauded of thousands of shillings by the administration. The parent asserts that the school openly declined to refund her the money she was improperly charged for transportation. She even asked for the funds to be transferred to another student's account, who was having difficulty paying fees, but the management refused to consider it. The parent contends that the school ought to be investigated and appropriate measures should be implemented.

I have just remembered a story that happened like 2 years ago when i was transfering my baby from KASARANI GROUP OF SCHOOLS to another school. 

Alafu in the process of clearing i noticed they had been charging me transport money on top of the school fees(my baby was not in the transport program).

Kuliza i was told they thought that my baby was on transport n i asked them how n i had been dropping my baby each n everyday. 

So that meant  for a whole year they had overcharged me.

I requested them to refund n they refused claiming fees once paid it could not be refunded. 

I got angry n asked them to let me speak to the principal which they declined n requested me to do an official letter which i did but  got no reply neither my money back.

I went back n requested them to transfer the money to one of my friend's kid asishinde akilipa fees coz the money they had overcharged me would be almost a one term school fees.

Yaani those guys refused

I have never healed. 

Some schools are just funny.
